Generated or uploaded images

Outputs created by PlusB Experts

Important:

This content is stored only to provide functionality, such as maintaining conversation context, allowing you to revisit previous work, and improving reliability and performance for you.

b. Account Information

Email address
Authentication identifiers
Subscription or billing metadata (processed via secure third-party providers)

We do not store raw payment card details.

c. Technical Information

Device type & Browser type
IP address (used for security, abuse prevention, and regional compliance)
Usage logs (error logs, performance metrics)

d. Memory & Personalization Data

Extracted facts and preferences from conversations (stored as "memories")
User-created custom agent instructions and knowledge bases

You have full control to view, edit, or delete these memories at any time.

e. Third-Party Integration Data (Google Workspace)

When you connect Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Gmail, or Slides, we process data temporarily to fulfill your requests (e.g., "Summarize this email").
We do not store your emails or documents permanently on our servers unless you explicitly ask to save them to your workspace.
We access this data only with your explicit permission via OAuth.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain PlusB
To generate responses, images, videos, and other outputs requested by you
To provide personalized assistance based on your stored memories
To execute actions in connected third-party apps (e.g., creating a calendar event)
To store your work securely in the cloud
To prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse
To comply with legal obligations

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

PlusB's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google Workspace data for developing, improving, or training generalized AI and/or ML models.

4. No Training on User Data (Critical Commitment)

We make this commitment explicit:

Your data is NOT used to train AI models
Your chats, images, videos, files, stored memories, and connected app data are NOT used for machine learning training
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for training purposes

This applies to PlusB, our internal systems, and any third-party AI model providers we integrate with. Where third-party AI services are used, we configure them to disable data retention and training wherever supported, or we rely on providers that contractually state they do not train on customer data submitted via API.

Your data remains your data.

5. Data Storage & Cloud Infrastructure

Your content may be stored on secure cloud servers operated by trusted infrastructure providers.

Industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit
Access controls and authentication safeguards
Logical separation between users

Data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the service or until you delete it.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data except in the following limited cases:

With infrastructure providers strictly for hosting and processing
With payment processors for billing (they do not receive your content)
When required by law, regulation, or legal process

We never share your data for advertising or profiling.

7. User Control & Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may:

Delete chats, images, videos, or memories
Request account deletion
Request data export (where applicable)

Upon account deletion, your data is removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe. Residual backups are deleted according to retention schedules.

8. Security Practices

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data, including:

Secure authentication
Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS)
Regular monitoring and access restrictions

No system is 100% secure, but we actively work to protect your information against unauthorized access or misuse.

9. Children’s Privacy

PlusB is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International Users

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.
