1. Description of Service

PlusB provides an integrated AI workspace offering various tools ("Experts") including but not limited to text generation, code assistance, image generation, video creation, and presentation building. The Service uses advanced artificial intelligence models to generate content based on user inputs.

2. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

• No Professional Advice: The Service is not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• User Responsibility: You assume full liability for any actions taken based on the information provided by the Service.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

a. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the input ("Prompts") you provide to the Service, including:

• Chat messages and uploaded files
• Stored memories and preferences
• Custom agent instructions and configurations

b. Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PlusB hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Output generated by the Service based on your Prompts. This means you own the images, text, and code you create, and you can use them for commercial purposes.

Note: Ownership of AI content is a complex and evolving legal area. We do not claim ownership, but we cannot guarantee that other jurisdictions will recognize your copyright ownership of AI-generated assets.

4. Custom Agents & Third-Party Integrations

a. Custom Agents

When you create Custom Agents using PlusB, you are solely responsible for:

• The instructions and knowledge bases you provide to the agent.
• Ensuring the agent's behavior complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Any content generated by your custom agent.

PlusB provides the infrastructure but does not monitor private agent interactions unless reported for abuse.

b. App Integrations

By connecting third-party applications (such as Google Workspace) to PlusB:

• You authorize us to access and modify data in those applications on your behalf, strictly as requested by you in chat.
• You understand that actions taken by the AI (e.g., deleting a calendar event) are irreversible in some cases.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Billing Cycle: Service is billed on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Identify clearly that we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the first month of service. Beyond that, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following notice to you.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

• To generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, or promotes violence or hatred.
• To generate sexually explicit content (NSFW) or content involving the exploitation of children.
• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or model weights of the Service.
• To use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlusB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will verify to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
